β β β β β I have been visiting this place since my childhood. In fact all my family members and my relatives know Dr. Arun and his father Dr. Gopal very well. The former is a genuine and a friendly doctor. Not selfish or money minded at all like most of the doctors out in this field. This doctor is very patient with the patients and is extremely co-operative. This applies to Dr. Meenakshi, Dr. Arun's wife as well.
The expenses have always remained nominal here and have increased a little only after the construction and the expansion of this hospital which is pretty much understandable. I have seen and heard about a lot of poor patients who were unable to make the full payment of the bill and have been let off after collecting how much ever was possible from them.
The overall hospital maintenance can be improved. It has improved to a great extent after the building was renovated and expanded but I feel a little more can be done. Cleanliness could be an issue here and I feel this is mainly because of the people who come here.
Consulting the doctor can be a real nightmare because of the crowd. You will have to collect the token before the consultation begins. I am not sure of the token issuing timings though. Good luck!
