Today I had been to Varna Nursing Home,,
I am surprised by the service provided by the Doctor and the service provided by the Staff,,,
Doctor@Archana she is very friendly with her clients ,,but the staff there is worst they are not at all fit for this job,,they are way too rude with the patients and the visitors,, I Am just being worried about the Mother giving Birth to the Babies,,,,And after that I just went to 1st floor to see the delivery ward before the Doctor arrived ,and what I saw was the same thing, the nurse was tooooo rude with everyone in the ward(Visitors, Patients)..
After paying so much what is the use
If Nurses are soo Rude and not being friendly with the patients and visitors......SO FOR THIS REASON,,,I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS NURSING HOME TO ANYONE ,
PLEASE PAY 1K ARE 2K MORE AND TAKE YOUR FAMILY MEMBER'S SOME WHERE ELSE...I AM TRUELY UNSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICES PROVIDED THERE BEING SO EXPENSIVE,,,I Don't know if Doctor is aware of this are not ,,,but yeah for sure doctor has to take some action against this issue in the hospital...because she may loose many good customers...
