My father underwent surgery for haemorrhoids (piles) at the hospital in 2018 [Sorry for the delay in posting the review?]. The staff was sweet in the beginning and assured me of the best treatment and result as I accompanied my father. My father will be treated by the owner they added which made me relax - of course, thought the treatment will be best as carried out by a most experienced person.
Once the surgery was done, with little issues things were fine and were back home unaware of the implications we were to face.
Father started seeing issues just a week later post-surgery. This is when we started seeing their true colours. We tried contacting their landline number mentioned in the report and they kept making excuses, were evasive when requested to connect to the one who carried out the surgery. Father also have issues in his abdomen as he says a long pipe was inserted which may have disturbed other stable things inside. The piles formed back just after a week pointing to the fact that the surgery wasn't performed cleanly.
I request people to give a thought before undergoing any surgery here. My father's experience was pathetic and one of our worst decision in life to have chosen this hospital. Don't remember but looks like was fooled by the 3 ratings that the hospital has which constitutes to an average of 4.7, may change after I have updated my review.
