★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a bad experience I wish I could not even give this one star really very bad stuff experience the staffs are really too rude and they cancel the appointment more than three times I was actually on the way to hospital after travelling for three hours then they called and said the appointment is cancelled because Dr is busy they’re so irresponsible wish I could trash them ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing this with lot of disappointment. I had come with my husband a week back who was suffering high fever, headache and nausea at night 10.30 in night. The lady sitting in the reception denied calling the doctor. We were informed that they have been given instructions that they should not be called after 7.30pm on a Sunday. Is there any rule that people should not fall sick on a Sunday afternoon? The head of the Hospital, Dr.Subhash stays just few steps away from the place but was not available. I really do not know if the doctors are so cruel to give such instructions or the staff have such senseless people who talk nonsense. If a patient cannot be treated on emergency, the very reason of having a hospital is in vain.
We usually have a perception that government hospital are bad in treatment, but that night we were asked to go to Sevakshetra and we were denied treatment. Inspite of we knowing the the doctor personally from 20 years could not get in time help and now I wonder what will happen for those who come there in emergency for the first time. Anyhow I would not recommend this hospital for anyone going forward.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor doesn't have time sense, kept us waiting for hours. Rude and unresponsive staff. As soon as you enter they charge consultant fees and keep the patients waiting for hours. Many patients left after waiting for hours.
No token sequence. Old building, there are many steps to climbwhich is difficult to climb for patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a hospital that is in a time warp. This is more of an ortho hospital and save for the Dr (Dr Jayaram), most things require an improvement. Appointment times not met are the norm (an appointment time overshoots by more than 4+ hours, and the sequence of appointments is random), the reception justifies delays as the norm for years while they schedule at 15 min! intervals (earliest appointment you can get is generally 10 days later). There is no computerization. The hospital doesn't accept credit cards. It is not disabled or elderly friendly due to steps/steep ramps. The saving grace is the doc, who is excellent in diagnostics and surgery and gives the patients all the time that they ask of him. A definite recommendation for the doctor (will rate him 5/5). Be prepared to unexpect everything when you visit here.

He listens to us patiently and gives some suggestions.
With the help of tables which he prescribes you can easily see yourself change and focus on what you have to do.please don't hesitate to consult.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best stop for orthopedic needs. It's a non covid hub and they follow all the security measures. Next to BNM College and is very near to Devegowda petrol bunk.
The doctor is very experienced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my mother here for slipdisc surgery, Dr. Jayaram is excellent and he did the surgery well. My mother recovered within two weeks. Hospital staff are good. Nursing care was good. Dr. Jayaram is one of the best orthopaedic in India. I highly recommend Sri Krishna Hospital.
