★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had taken physiotherapy service at Kolkata in 2018. They sent a capable, well behaved lady physiotherapist Dipanwita. Solved (mostly)my chronic shoulder pain in about 10 sitting s. Will take her service s again when I am back to Kolkata. But I didn't like all the physiotherapists calling themselves as Doctor. Coordination by call centre & her supervisor was good too. Will recommend this particular lady physiotherapist and Portea Kolkata in general for their structured approach towards patient treatment w. r. t local individual physiotherapist s who often take unsuspecting patients for a ride via their non standardized treatment s.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disaster... I have been appointed a rookie for my shoulder spasm.. He enjoys 40 mins of his time in mobile plugging uv sound into the affected area. Post that no streching And no exercises are performed.. After wasting 2200 in 4 days I stopped.. Interim relief and I am gain in same position

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had booked physiotherapy for my disabled wife. Some Ms Dipanwita , hailing from Midnapore was assigned. She Was very very good compared to our local unorganized physiotherapist. My problem was resolved in 2019. My wife was very comfortable with her. I enquired with portea for rebooking her services again for my wife. Apparently she is busy or not available. Kindly let me know once this lady physiotherapist is free or available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non trained staff and amateur novice people are all they keep. Never avail their services for critical care as you will be totally lost as the staff will turn out to be completely worthless when you need them.The ICU brothers they provided did not know how to even check pressure manually or to even give an injection!!!

DO NOT HIRE PORTEA KOLKATA FOR YOUR LOVED ONES.
from last 20-25 days, we hired an attendant through PORTEA for non medical needs of my father inlaw. 5-7 people have come to our house since. Some unvaccinated for covid, some with disabilities themselves. Some come for a day and dont report thereafter. The poor manager says they don't even pick up his calls. Some attendants do not know how to open taps/door knobs and are stinking of unhygienic clothes! Others work for 3 days and take a holiday for 10days!!
Poor Service providers, do NOT waste your money and increase the discomfort of your loved ones.You will be a guinea pig for PORTEA
