★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to state that I am appalled at the Post Office service. I am forced to visit several branches in the area and am constantly troubled by the queues, the poor staff attitude and the ‘go slow’ pace! I simply do not understand why they are still in business. I do avoid whenever I can and use other delivery companies if given the opportunity. It really is a shame that many online companies continue to use Royal Mail as their delivery service, which nearly always means that if you wish to return goods that you must use the post office as a means of returning them. The post office is quite simply, the most pathetic organisation I know.
