Sometimes there is a long wait.Most of the work related to delivery of letters and parcels is done here.The location is good and local to the people of Nearby sectors.Though it is not well maintained and clean.

I have been calling them for three to four days, but no one is picking up the phone. Very worst service they are giving.

I have gone yesterday ,06 Jan 21 to submit complaint wrt non delivery of speed post article by Delhi Cantt post office which was booked from sector 04 post office on 22 Dec 20. Lady Post Master asked compliant on line and asked irrelevant questions so that I do not submit written complaint to her and asked me to go to Sector 20 post office for submitting complaint. Her behaviour was not good, when I asked that why phone call is not picked up she gave no answer. When I told her that article was booked from sector 04 post office, why I should go to Sector 20, she was having no answer.
