★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service my item has to be delivered on 18/01/2012 as it shows out of delivery at 5:26 pm but item has not been delivered and when I tracked it shows door locked as I am living in a society if any visitors enters my society I know prior but there was no visitors haven't received any calls also and yet they say door locked.
This is the condition of indian post. Very disappointing ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Post office ever. They always use to play inside blame games between the employees. There is one female staff who always use to visit late and comes to post office and leaves to her home may be taking all the keys. I visited 3-4 times for Aadhar address update, buying postal tickets and revenue stamps, but they always made excuses that there's no tickets, no stamps, it's with madam ji and she left, the keys are with another employee who just left, etc etc. The post office is so dirty and mismanaged that you might get health issues standing there for sometime. Either get this branch closed or change the management.
This is the reason why were loosing hopes over India Post now.

Need to be taken action on this .as it's show they people not doing his duty properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My driving license is roaming from one self to another in this post office since last so many days. This condition is of SPEEEEEEEEEED Post, normal ka to haal kya hi hoga. Above all Post Master, too, is not having any sense.
These Central Govt. employees are devoid of any responsibility. Jis thaali main kha rahe hain usi main chhed kar rahe hain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply updates the status as Item not delivered DOOR IS LOCKED, Sir ji main pooray din ghar main tha just for that speed post. Now it's 7 days and still it is on hold at there end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After initial hiccups for last 2 days, my aadhar card was delivered. At initial 2 incidence/SMS received from IndiaPost said about parcel on hold due to house door locked, whereas everyone was available at residence. On enquiring to apartment security team, no postman visited my apartment in sec-79. Mygate apps never reported entry of postman for approval inside our society. Finally it was delivered yesterday by someone named Dharam Ram, a big relief to me after seeing such a low rating of this post office and pretending to show "door locked" as best way of not delivering the parcel. Improvement is definitely needed in IndiaPost system, or it should be privatised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They didn't even attempt delivery and have marked my package as "on hold because door was locked".. because of covid, like most of people, I stay at home 24x7. How come my door was locked? This has happened second time in row, in just one month.
Before this, they asked me to pay them 8500 INR for the delivery of other package. I had to pay them as it was an urgent thing for me - yet the tracking status shows "item on hold as the door was locked" for the previous package too!
Come on, atleast get creative with excuses.
This second package had my degree in it and yet they're not delivering it neither attempting to deliver it.
