★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Facing POWAI Lake on main road Adi Shankaracharya Marg, Next to Ram Baugh Bus Stannd, Near to Powai Police Station. View is outstanding.
However, flats facing lake has too much of noise due to heavy traffic. Moreover, Metro is also coming up.
