★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The society has a good vibe to it as it is nicely nestled in the Powai city. It also connects well for the office goers, families and students as it is very near to IIT Bombay. Families can enjoy the Powai garden and lake views from the place as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They treat the residents as if they are living in a hostel. Each and everyday people have arguments with the security. They don't even allow postman carrying someone's important letters to deliver them to tenant's flat.
No swiggy, no Amazon person allowed. Harassing people in the name of protocol.
Management need serious introspection and improvement.
Pathetic rules!
Don't fall for Powai lake trap, you won't be able to go there and relax, lot of traffic and metro work will never make you be in peace at the promenade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is Mhada flat sold in lottery system for 49 lakhs, very tiny, just 310 carpet area, poor quality of construction, no open space, not a single amenitiy but guess what people are asking 1 cr for these flats.
Don't fall for Powai lake trap, you won't be able to go there and relax, lot of traffic and metro work will never make you be in peace at the promenade.
The worth of flat is 60 lakh only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was renting a flat. The entire stay was fine. But while vacating the flat the owner delayed to give back the deposit and finally returned after deducting 10K. It was an unfurnished flat and there were absolutely no damages done. Yet he wouldn't return my remaining money. This was a totally dampening experience. If you want to know which flat was it then let me know. You should avoid that owner.
