★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just shifted to this location. Locality was good. But there se no grocery store or any other store in walking distance. You have go minimum 1 km from this location to buy any thing. Environment is great as there is powai lake in front of it. Climate is generally cold in night. But it cost of living in this area is very high. You have to pay around 28-30k for UNFURNISHED 1 bhk flat . And also flat is not that spacious. Good for 2-3 person only. You have to buy furniture and any other required appliances if you are planning to stay at least for 1 year. You can also have on rent if you are planning for less then 1 year as it will be economical .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security persons and the people running the society are rude, you also won't find good crowd in the society even if paying such a high rent. Low quality people. Even security personals discriminate between owner and tenants. Don't believe positive reviews this is given by owners and their known or people who run the society.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shocked to see people are quoting these flats for resale as high as 1.40 Cr where they got it from Mhada for 76 lakhs :) with low construction quality being govt constructed building , the buildings doesn't have any amenities like Kids play area, Garden, club, gym etc to get such valuations since in 1.20 Cr just a KM away u will get Kids play area, garden, Club, Gym and swimming pool also : ).....only advantage this buildings has that is location so 90 lakhs valuation is fair.
Below my observations after living on rent for more than year.
flats till 8 floor - Don't take as no ventilation in those flat since hill will cover till 8th floor, this rule wont apply for front facing flat (not lake view side) in B and H wing.
Lake View - Dont fall for it, lakeview is from the hill side so there is no ventilation in flats with lakeview.
There are A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H wings take flat only in B and H wing (front side, not lakeview side) and above 8th floor only, these two wings have open space in front of building so you get cool breeze all day (U wont require AC in these wings front facing flats).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class society ..lot of discrimination between owners and tenants.high rental for bad class less constructions...dont expect delivery after 12 here..hopeless security and their society rules are just logicless.no shops or vendors nearby..and the owners staying there are cheap...low class people.people who are staying here as owners dosent have backbones..and the worst thing is their committee and their rules

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is in the prime location in Powai which comes under MHADA .There are many apartments from A to H , each with 22 floors and mainly with 1 BHK flats .In a floor ,4 flats are there. Other societies are situated parallel to this . Car parking is paid . If you have car then you need to pay 500 Rs/month to society. Flats look spacious. Rented flats have Maintainance charges included in total rent paid. This society has just basics- Lift , car parking and little outer spaces for walk. It's near to D mart , Powai Lake , ATL corporate park and IIT Bombay. Society is clean, well maintained and security guards are well placed to make it more secure..
