★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't buy property with L&T. The Emerald Isle quality is very bad and pathetic. There is site engineer ( Vishal Kadne) and highly irresponsible person. Not only him, all L&T Sarkari attitude mediocre company officials will not respond to complaints and demonstrate don't care attitude.Full of water leakage and very bad construction. Please don't waste your hard earned money. Now all owners are trying to sell their property but no one is ready to buy as this society is full of complaints like water leakage and bad quality. Stay away from L&T thiefs .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great society to live. Cosmopolitan feel. Cleanliness and maintenance is amazing. Security safety is satisfactory. Everything is at reachable distance. Due to metro work now a days JVLR is jam packed which is a bottleneck for people commuting to and fro.
