★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall a good gym. For beginners there is a trainer, but then you have to ask for help by yourself all the time. Sufficient equipments available. But their flat bench press is not fit for people with normal height, its bar support is higher and difficult for many to reach it. Otherwise, rest all is good. Its open for both the genders and the gym has good numbers of both women and men trainees.
The gym is open on all days except sunday.
