★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst services ever. I bought the laptop on 4th of March. Touch pad had issues. Got a letter from HP for the replacement. Spoke to the manager Mr. Mahendra who confirmed that the laptop model 15-cs3006tx is available for replacement and after 2 mins I got a call from the sales executive saying "give back the laptop and DOA letter and wait for 15 days" pathetic these people are, I have to travel all the way from Madikeri for this. Worst service ever. They sell you faulty laptops and make your life miserable. Don't recommend this store to anyone.
If I want to buy a same model they do have a stock but for replacement I have to wait for 15 days. Heights.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, our laptop got into trouble after 8 months of purchase. It was under warranty, i give this for service. After completing one month also dont see any updates from their staff. When we call nobody picks up the call, by mistake if they pick up. They will say they can give the update but we never get any.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a new laptop battery(1 Yr warranty), stopped working after 6 months. They took 1 month time for various testing and reluctant to replace. Finally after so much drama complaining to Bangalore area head they gave me a duplicate battery which stopped working after 2 weeks. Pls think before you go

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience from the "prabhat solutions' outlet. Executives in the outlet don't have knowledge about products they sell and are not capable enough to address the issues.
They don't have basic courtesy to respond customers properly.
Pathetic and horrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a fantastic experience with Prabhat Solutions. Mr. Mahendar owner of the place is very knowledgeable, honest and kind person. He gives a patient hearing to understand the problem and gives us the best solution. I got my HP laptop serviced, exchanged old HP printer with a new one and also refurbished a couple of old business laptops... Got really good pricing and quality service within stipulated time.. Overall very happy with the experience... Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had given my HP Pavillion laptop for repair. They replaced the battery, keyboard and 1TB hard disk and it costed 12.6k. After rare usage for 4/5 months, windows got corrupted. They had installed the win 10 OS which doesn’t support this laptop. Now they r asking me to get the new win 8 OS or to get it from HP showroom which again would cost 5k.
My qstn is if you guys knew that latest windows doesnt support this laptop then why did you install it?
Bcz you guys knew that again we would come for service so that again you can charge extra amount!
And for selling the laptop, they are jus quoting 6k?
Wouldn’t have consulted these ppl If I had seen the reviews before visiting this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience with these staff of this centre, i replaced my hp laptop battery with new one but that battery is not at all recharging fully and back up 1.5 hrs thats all. when i complained about issue this hp denied to replace with another one when it had warranty of 6 months. i suggest people not purchase anything from this hp centre.
