★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good property. Spacious houses. But terrible management of the apartment. Zero maintainence. Have generator but gives backup for only 15 minutes. Because the few owners have no money to fix it. Hardly 1-2 owners stay in the apartment and they act like they are the boss of the whole building.
If you want to stay in this apartment. You have to make sure that you only whisper and sleep by 9 pm otherwise there will be complaints 24/7 by owners.
Other than that. This property is really good.
