I have attended yoga therapy classes for a month in online mode. The instructors are very patient and give individual attention. They are always available to answer our queries over call or message. Shivashankar Sir has a lot of knowledge about overall health and he motivates and instills positivity and confidence in us. I have now enrolled for the dynamic yoga classes and I look forward to my association with this institute for a long time.

I joined Pradipika yoga classes 3 months ago for general well-being and my experience so far is quite positive. Yoga instructors here are pretty knowledgeable and experienced. They are proactive in addressing our concerns and in providing healthy suggestions. Being an IT employee and working from home for last 2 years, I did face some issues like stress, back pain due to improper sitting postures etc. I could see a lot of improvements (both physically and mentally) after I joined the classes. All thanks to the instructors :)

I want to thank Mr. Shivshankar Shenoy sir & Devika mam for their excellent Yoga therapy sessions. I have been to other yoga classes but Pradipika Yoga centre is more professional from others. My husband enrolled me to Pradipika yoga centre after my sugar went upto 350 after food. I was on medications. I joined with the tought that I will do this for a month but I am still continuing it even after four months. I have lost 7 to 8 kgs in just 3months. My sugar level is now near normal & Dr has stopped my medicines. Therapy classes is a unique experience, individual attention is given to every student according to there problems. Meditation classes helped me a lot to overcome my stress which helped me to bring my sugar level under control. Kriya classes are also very helpful to detox our body. Shenoy sir, has abundant knowledge about all yoga asanas. He tries to bring discipline in our life style, which wasn't possible without his help. He fills us with lots of positivity. Just by speaking to him my stress level & anxiety has come down. Even during his busy schedule he hears us with lot of patience. Devika mam helped me correct postures & guided me with lot of patience & care. She listens to our problems related to health & gives her advice which is very beneficial, having good knowledge about all asanas & sees it doesn't hurt us in any way. I entered this institution with a months target but I feel I will continue for many more years & recommend every person looking for Yoga classes to enroll in Pradipika which is a life changing experience. Thankyou Shenoy sir & Devika mam.

I am with Pradipika since 3 months & experiencing an amazing transformation. My job demands doing rotational shift per client time zone which has resulted a lot of stress & hormone imbalance & eventually lead to irregular menstrual cycles. Mr. Shiv shankar is an amazing & excellent trainer who has made wonders to overcome stress & get back to regular cycles. I could feel more calm, relaxed & confident as the days are progressing. I was fearful person to do inverse yoga postures, but now I can do effortlessly & confidently, so all credit goes to him. He is one of the best trainers in the institute & pays attention to individual candidates & simplifies the yoga techniques using belts, blocks etc., Diet plan is designed based on your lifestyle & it also contains a list of practices to be followed, techniques of doing meditation & deep relaxation. He is a thoughtful person as he keeps motivating throughout the session & preaches & spread spiritual vibes. I would like to thank myself for one of the best decisions I have made joining pradipika.

My journey with pradipika lasted only for a month..... In that period I have learned many stufz, infact it has been a wonderful yoga learning journey for me. I enjoyed the sessions, I gave my best as well. What I personally felt is, yoga is not only for body but it's impact is equally both on physical as well as mental health. When it comes to pradipika the teacher or the coach or the instructor whosoever were friendly motivated and infact they are highly passionate. I really love how passionate the yoga masters are about yoga practice and healthy lifestyle. I have been inspired and I wish I would definitely come back for deeper learning soon!....btw thank you so much ❀

I work in IT. We have been working from home since the pandemic started. Managing work, home and a 3years old kid without househelp was really a major challenge which caused lot of stress and was not able to focus at work. Hence I enrolled to therapy classes @Pradipika for stress related concerns and thyroid issue. As I started attending yoga sessions, I could see the change in my health concerns also I started noticing a positive energy which gave me a confidence to manage everything better. I was energetic throughout the day and I was able to focus. I must say, I could experience - A Sound mind in a sound body. I had taken Diet & Life Style plan as well which was designed specifically for me. Though initially it was difficult to follow, I tried to follow as much as possible. Even after my therapy classes are over, I try to follow few points from my Diet and Lifestly plan like having Vata/Pitta balancing tea once a while, regular exercise and taking cold water bath - this especially has helped me to get over stress. I had read that Yoga is a state of mind but I could experience it in Pradipika and I really enjoyed each session. I’m really grateful to β€˜Pradipika Institute of Yoga and Therapy’ for helping me to experience β€˜New Me’. Also I’m thankful for all the trainers for guiding a great session each day. A special thanks to MR. SHIVASHANKAR P SHENOY for the emotional support and really appreciate the time which he gives for each student to address all the queries.

A studio which is situated in the middle of rajajinagar has space more than enough for you to meditatively practice yoga They have different level of yoga for different kind of practitioners and thus allowing you to choose the one which you and your is comfortable in doing. further, they have access to both online and offline classes It has got the best teachers teaching you yoga in the most dedicated way possible, giving attention to each and everyone I must say within few weeks of my regular classes, I could see the difference mentally and physically
