★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is worst place to live in actually owner is v. Rude v hv a washing machine but of no use it takes around 1hour to wash clothes. Refrigerator is so dirty that if u keep ur stuffs in it it starts stinking like rotten. They never clean it. Room service of no use the rooms r never cleaned properly . U cannot have fun even once a while which is something not acceptable. V have a Wi-Fi but it never works.

The owners are very rude,n very illmannered, no availability of hot water,an unrepaired washing machine since a no.of months..the owners says anything they want to,only treats the marathi's well,not a place for north Indians specially,recently increased the rent without any updates on quality or services.unavailability of rooms many a times leads them to shift extra people in a single room,making it a havoc for us.
One induction which is almost every time occupied by someone else.
And the guard there he makes ur life even more hell,he takes himself as a owner of the place,treats u very badly,he just wants money to do.little stuff for u,which comes under his duty.
Greatest blunder u can do to urself staying there!
