This NGO is so fake! Think twice before going! Gargi Banerji is so full of ego and does not understand employee's emergency situation! My husband was not well and I requested to leave one hour before- she answered back- people keep falling ill, how does it matter. I wrote about it on my social media too. SICK woman!

1. Small Organizations Inspite of being 24 year Old organisation. 2. Hiring process is obsolete, still going through pen and paper method for the first round. Which is actually not required once Interviewee is available at their office for face to Face. 3. This pen and paper test is so important that , If you deny to fill that , They will not send you for face to face. 4. Whatever I could Understand, Organization is not having long term project, Which is scalable. 5. I strongly believe, Growth of this NGO is too slow, Even after 24 year of operation, employee size is 100-200 Nos. 6. Office Location is the only good thing.

Pathetic organization! Working here will make you feel "Miserable". Absolutely Top-down management. The administration, and HR including the Director takes pleasure in violating basic human rights of the employees. It's ironical that these so called civil society organizations extol human rights in front of the world but tries to and exploit their own employees. For your hard work the organization reward you with depression, discrimination and exploitation. I took an hour leave after informing all the concerned due to high fever (104), vomiting and coughing. My condition was witnessed by the COO, two mangers, and one assistant manager of the organization. The COO advised me to go home early so as to consult a doctor. I informed this to our division manager, and HR in person and via mail but the she (the Director) sent her "money brigade" behind me. Moreover, discrimination is also part of their agenda. When one of the organization employees (a British national) visited India, they treated him like God. Indians are treated like work slaves. My advise "don't even think of working here".

If you love adventure, want to reach out to people and be part of meaningful work and innovations - this is the place to be! One may not enjoy being here, if you like cyber slacking or generally lack inspiration in life.

Great place to get involved in community building. Works on a diverse range of projects that would take you to some of the most remotest corners of the country and you get to experience the culture and local heritage. Fantastic place if you are a keen learner.

One of the worst organization in India. Full of bogus work and total show off. Through the name of development they're just just misleading the innocent community people as well as the funding organization's.

Great place to work. Very nice work stations. You get to learn from seniors. Whether interns, trainees, all are treated with care and respect. You get to travel a lot and meet new people. Winters in the hills can be challenging but the work and the field team are refreshing. For freshers - an absolutely wonderful opportunity to learn from a professional team. Absolutely enjoyed every moment.
