The organization, however, was less than great. I reached out multiple times to have to delivery arranged in advance because there are challenges where I live, but I was dismissed and ignored, being told that they already knew everything required for delivery. As it turns out, that wasn't true and the information I both shared and requested was actually necessary for the delivery (the only party surprised by this was Prakash Transport). This caused stress and frustration that was absolutely unnecessary and could have been avoided.
