The HR's were very supportive and shared their experiences with candidates also they suggested us in which part to improve and how can we improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer calls are never answered. If you call the toll free call centre number, staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. They have deliberately disconnected my call three times yesterday. Some senior manager seriously needs to get involved and address this. My issue hasent been resolved for the past one week. Calling one number after another to get the work done but have not succeed.what I would not recommend HIKVISION to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice technical support team, in afternoon sometime it delay in connecting them but I got call automatically from there end only after some time so no big issue. Nicely managed, very fast and efficient support on WhatsApp and website chat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is a big fraud and their team does not understand the meaning of customer service, our company has taken attendance management system from them which is having lots of issues. the hardware is useless and software in pathetic. their team does not respond despite repeated folloups. they and good and consistent only in one this........ not taking calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried calling the customer service number, one Mr. Som attended to my call, but he did not seem interested in helping to answer my genuine queries. As I am currently in Singapore, I was trying to get a quotation, but he made me call him 3 times asking for different reasons, asked me to do a conference with my Indian counterpart (who is not fluent in English and speaks a different local language), then made my Indian counterpart to call him, then said that he would only give the proper email if the requirements are SMSed through an Indian phone number, even after doing all that, he refused to respond. I wish to give a NO STAR rating for hiring such inconsiderate staff into a department that deals with customer service. Please review your hiring process, if you genuinely want to expand your business.
