★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They conduct interviews for time pass. Very rarely they will hire people here, unless you are referred by manager / interviewer. Otherwise Pls don't go and waste ur time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go for interview they are doing time pass. With me also they did the same, HR will never respond even if you qualify all round of interview. I m not the only one with whom it happened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go on contract basis in Pramati Technologies ,no doubt it is a good company, but they can kick you out at any time . They took me as a consultant and hired me on company payrole but on 6 months contract basis . I worked for 2 months , and suddenly fired me saying that client is not paying for you and also lost a project from client so today is your last day. In other companies if some project is dropped somehow , they put you on bench or try to adjust you. If you are joining this company, prefer Permanent role or reject it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scheduled telephonic round of interview, cancelled by recruiter for some reason and re scheduled. No one called on the re scheduled time and received a interview feedback auto mail saying this opening is not best match to your qualification etc(WITHOUT INTERVIEW)
I was shocked and tried calling recruiter who is disconnecting the calls shows non willingness to explain the above scenario.
Its a complete waste of my time and shows no professionalism to company recruitment team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi All,two rounds completed.But they don't give any feedback for that.i contacted Her.But she don't lift my call at least she don't reply my email.what is this.its waste of time to took interview with Pramathi Technology.Don't go through the interview to this company.its worst.Dont play the games with the people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All rounds completed successfully and then they asked about salary expectations, I got rejected via mail after 3 weeks saying my expectations were too high. Utter waste of time and money. No professionalism shown by HR.
