★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building is clearly visible from the main road. I went here for an event of Nvidia's GamerConnect Kolkata 2019. The floors can be booked for events. It has a nice infrastructure with safety features like fire alarms, water sprinklers in case of an emergency, also couple of security guards at the entrance and exit. The guards and staff are very polite and helpful. The building has 2 elevators for easy access. You can carry any heavy items, like PCs, monitors, air coolers without much hassle.
I has a nice parking space inside. I had a very good experience in the 3 days of the event, which I had volunteered for. It's almost a 15 minute walk from Sealdah railway station.
There are few fast food stalls and eateries about 5 minutes away from the location. So, it's a great spot, with access to transport, food, water and good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good infrastructure. The builders spent a lot on this property to look posh.ample car parking space. Very good for commercial purposes. it has a gym too but it's costly. Myra banquets is beautiful. A must visit.
