Behaviour of driver was very rude.
Ac wents were leaked
Upper birth window were blocked by purple advertisement making the bus like jail adding to suffogation.
Experience was pathetic?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's worst travels.... Driver denied for early morning bio breaks, stopped break fast at one wolfa worst hotel which they will get free breakfast for drivers. Reached destination over the time frame.... Health was upset due non hygiene bed sheets and bad odour in the bus....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Similar experience to other travellers.I was travelling from Goa to Pune by Prasanna Purple travels on 27th jan 2020.In the early hours at 5.00 in the morning, I requested the driver to stop for a washroom break. The driver was bent upon not stopping though we passed by 2 petrol bunks and many restaurants which were open. Instead he was insisting on stopping on the way. He argued pointless saying we cant go on stopping for all the passengers. I feel such travels must be avoided where basic understanding is not given to the drivers about behaviour with women. Inspite of threatening that I will complain he was rude and went on to say you can do whatever you want, you need not tell. Finally I had to stand in his cabin for nearly an hour and force him to stop at a petrol bunk. I advise not to take up these buses from Purple travels to avoid such embarassment and inconvenience if you are a woman and travelling alone.

Dropped me 25 km away from actual stop in early morning at 5AM. On 21-Feb-21 Nashik to Goa route.
Evenn continuasly requesting to stop.
Customer care also not supported on this issue,
Also Nashik branch Manager mr Sahebrao Avhad not supported.
Worst service ever.
