★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I baught the flat in this society 2 years back, been in Pune for 13 years and it was a first property for me n in our budget good location accessible from all important areas. All owners of the prasun loreto are very understanding and cooperative. All young and working professional gave up time from their personal life and built a team who start looking after all the issues and started coordinating with builder and all these people fought hard for betterment of the society and people, I am happy to be part of this team and hats off to all committee people for giving their personal time without being paid..No one does it today...Committee people worked really hard to solve the water problem on their own, and get the new water connection, this was not their job its should have been provided by builder but builder gave only 1.5 inch connection and it was not enough for our society, but with the efforts of committee water issue is reduced now and i am happy that this society is really safe and secure..where do you see such discipline? I saw one person commented about water tap penalty, i know 2 cases where penalty was paid by two owners too..so rule is same for all..I am happy to stay here as I like disciplined environment and family friendly place..it a quite place. where me and my family feel safe and secure..there are some areas where things can be improved but i guess that every society faces..We welcome everyone with equality and respect here...

I stayed here as a tenant for more than 2 years. Until it was under builder it was good to stay here.
But after formation of society, things turned bad.
No access to gym and club house for tenants. Later they started collecting charges for use.
Biased rules and regulations as if flat owners make some mistakes all ignore but if tenants do the same, all behave as whole building is demolished (for example: leaving water tap open by mistake).
Even small items are not allowed in lift, but flat owners do it often.
Lot of the time, water issues occur as they have no control in case someone leaves tap open.
Security is a big concern here as security guards are less and underpaid. Also, it is not easy to get good maids here as it is just one building and maids do not get adequate flats to work & earn.
Good part is their connectivity as they keep on celebrating festivals together enthusiastically.
