★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
I had contacted them in March regarding career counselling of my nephews, who have gone in class 9th and 7th. I paid around 5K for it. To begin with their site for online test is pathetic. Forget about the legibility and font sites, advertisements keep on popping up in middle of exam, which was irritating and distracting.
Also for the counselling I was assigned to a person who was highly incompetent. He was some third party person, who instead of discussing the test reports, started marketing his own product (as he also has his own career guidance practice). I was wondering what the hell is happening and why did I come here!
Moreover when I asked him to please discuss the reports instead, he started reading the reports verbatim, as if I am illiterate and cannot read reports on my own.
I came back disappointed. When I raised this issue with Mr. Ketan he would organize a online session to discuss the reports. That was in March 2019. Today it is 11 July 2019, when I am writing this review. Even after many calls and SMS from my end, I have not received any help or that promised online session. I had a HORRIBLE experience. You can decide on your own if you want to spend your time and money with them.
