There is no proper process, responsibilities in their work flow. They never trust ur work at all and u cannot trust their words anymore.
Least involvement of accounts head in the department.
After joining the only thing u can do is just going to the office, sitting on the desk and feeling useless.... that's it....
The other old staffs are always ready to insult new employees and irrelevant gossips.... No professionalism in any department at all
