Ms. Preeti, is an amazing person to coordinate with even though I live in Canada and have different time zones. She still makes an effort to stay in touch with me and guide me based on my needs. This is the first time I have consulted a dietician and she has made it possible that I ended up loosing 9kgs in 3 months with healthy and particular eating with exercise. I was given reference of dietician Ms Preeti Kakkar by my endocrinologist Dr. Hemi Soneja. Through the constant guidance and diets from Ms Kakkar I had managed to reduce my weight slowly but gradually. She had been patient with my queries and also had helped with providing me alternate solutions in diet as per my wishes and availability. Her polite nature makes it easier to put forward the query or ask for any sort of clarification. I have got a good result and would recommend her if someone wishes to consult a good dietician.

Preeti is very patient and understanding. She not only helps you reach your goal but educates you while you're with her and will lead you to make this your lifestyle eventually. I did a 3 month program with her and together we lost 14 kilos. She was always available and helping me from time to time. We successfully brought down my sugar level from pre-diabetes to way within normal range along with my lipid. I would recommend everyone reading this to consult with her with whatever your requirements are and I'm sure she'll help you achieve those targets.

Ms. Preeti Kakkar is one of the dedicated dieticians out there, so soft spoken and so accommodating. She makes custom made diet plans. Whatever the person is comfortable with. I reached out to her for my mother's sudden risen sugar levels post COVID. We took her 3 month plan and in those three months her sugar levels have gotten better. The point is not only the diet, but the lifestyle. And my mother's lifestyle has surely changed. She makes healthier choices now. I recommend her if you're willing to bring gradual change and improve your eating habits.
