★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Provided my relative the different eye drop than the one written in prescription by the AIIMS doctors in the very clear and legible writing. It was some sort of urgency so at that time she could not check the same difference. But around one week later, I read the bills in details, the issue comes to my knowledge. For a medical store owner with registration number also , this is the worst incident.
