★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have n number of reviews on Google. I am writing this review with my biggest disappointment till now. Rude is a very small word for them.These guys are fraud, arrogant and they blackmail you to take another unassesary medicines together with the required medicine even if you have a prescription from AIIMS. God forbid if you even try to look for the same medicine in any other medical shop, you don't find it and you return back to accept their blackmail, you have already hurt their ego and they will refuse to give you the medicine. is the example of how inhumanly these people have become. Doing these things at AIIMS? Come to your senses.

The person I was interacting with, Sohail, has been very kind, prompt to respond and made the process of purchasing and getting the medicines as hassle free as possible in these times. Their services have been life saving.

They sell local medicines, the wait time is just too much, and the staff is just too busy to listen to customers.
I think they definitely have lack of manpower and quality. Rather I found other adjacent but small medical shops better in terms of quality.
