★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely unprofessional and rude staff.. the lady sitting at the counter has no clue how to talk to customers.. 3 photos for Rs 1500.. bad quality of studio, filthy backdrop covers, very poor lighting.. all in all a very bad experience.. please avoid going there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired prem studio for our wedding and every other function. They quoted a price before we started and then they overcharged us every time.
Their people came with us in train for our destination wedding (we paid for their travel) and lived where we were. However, Umesh Sabarwal asked us to pay for their travel in flight.
They then claimed that albums are not part of the package. So basically we are paying them 2.5 Lacs a day for taking pictures, but albums have to be paid 40K extra per album.
He was rude to me when I tried to intervene and solve this as he was hired by my wife's side in Delhi.
My wife had to call his elder brother who agreed that what Umesh had done was wrong, but we never got our memories from them. They are keeping our memories hostage and asking for more money to give us our albums and pictures.
My wife wants to get a picture enlarged and put in our bedroom but these robbers are asking for about 1 Lacs to give our original pictures. I suggest you stay away from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional and rude staff. I clicked my photograph and paid them extra in advance for soft copy of photograph but even after 2 days they have not sent it on email. I am reminding them on phone/email and SMS but no result. Not recommended this studio.

While i was getting my photos ready atleast 3 people complained of unprofessional service on their face, be it quality or delivery commitment; they take your money in advance and fool you, Utter cheaters

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for a photoshoot for my daughter i gave a reference picture that i need the same editing they said the charges will be high for these pictures we agreed after that they gave me the edited pictured the editing was horible they charged very high prices plus refused to give the raw pictures as well they were very rude the worst studio please dont visit. Such bad service poor editing poor knowledge. Dont book them for your photoshoot. Waste of money waste of time
