β β β β β Excellent facility to learn yoga as well as for becoming a yoga trainer. I took the training course under Suraj Sir. He taught us in a very good and easy to understand way. Would highly recommend this institute.

β β β β β Please Don't waste your Time specially & money too. Personally Experience. UNPROFESSIONAL TEACHER & STAFF. THEY JUST WANT MONEY. THEY DONT TAKE CARE ABOUT HOW CLASS IS GOING. We have complaine many time to Aarti Mam Who is the manager in Kandivali Branch but there was no response & no action against the complaine .& Went I want my course to get complete from other branch but Aarti Mam had not allowed me to transfer. One more thing class starte at 7am but Teacher come around 7.30 or sumtime by 8 till many time in a month & class time over & have to move home for daily secheual. I have wates my 3 month & money too. Like me many have suffered & still sufaring by paying the amount they haven't started online class for old people who had paid the fee & taking new admission for online class. Teacher & working staff of Kandivali Branch Are very Bad & Unprofessional.

β β β β β Hi Shweta, I am quite surprised that you had such a bad experience of this institute. I have completed my teacher training program from βPremanandβ and honestly the H.R(Geeta Mam ) and the trainers(Bunny sir n Pradeep sir)out here are extremely helpful.
I remember when I had joined the institute I too was contemplating whether I should go ahead with learning here or at the Yoga Institute.. so they offered me to get free trial and I did the same .. I had taken 3-4 trial session before paying up for the fees.. by then I was quite confident about the teaching . And they had clearly mentioned to me that there wonβt be any refund once the payment is done.. and hence they offer the trials,which I think is quite reasonable on their part.
They (Bunny Sir n Pradeep Sir)are super in terms of practical as well as theoretical knowledge infact their program even allows you to take classes once you have completed the course so you can conduct yoga as a teacher with utmost confidence.. also the more you put your head in a subject the more you want to know and learn about it and Bunny Sir n Pradeep Sir are always happy to help you learn more even things which arenβt covered in the study.. I personally have gained more than I had expected..I feel really sorry for your experience..
But I would say it is a good institute one should go and check it out for themselves especially for those who want to do teacher training since I had done that myself and would still recommend it to all.

This institution has a very well designed syllabus reading which you'll be able to understand each and every concept of the book which they are trying to convey, also the staff is very supportive and they try there best to solve all your queries and always ready to help. Now yoga is a practice which cannot be mastered without a "Guru" and I must say that this institution has a well educated trainers who possess in-depth knowledge in the field of yoga.... So in one word, I will say that if you are striving to learn yoga then this is the best institute from where you can begin your journey.

β β β β β I joined Premananda yoga kandivali branch online for teacher training program on 1 st April 2021 for 6 months course. Our trainer Satish Sir is excellent and very knowledgeable in yoga. Even though classes were being held online he paid equal and utmost attention to each and every student . I am 52 years old and still I am able to do almost all asanas and also able to reduce my knee pain. Thank you Premananda yoga and Satish Sir for wonderful and enriching experience.
