★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very old and excellent University with lots of heritage and reputation. Established by British Government.Famous for its so-called Alumni association. Two Nobel laureates are also ex student of this great institution. It also gave many great leaders and freedom fighters of india. Recently it celebrated its 200 th Establishment Day. Proud to be a part of this institute. Its actually my second home. There is a big play ground in the middle of this university. It is so called presi-green??. The education quality is of great. Students have to clear an admission test to be admitted. Students can enjoy every single moments of their life after entering in this institution. The prangan and union room are great ?. Different science and arts subjects are available here. The professors are also very helpful. Its corridor and the buildings are the best within any govt college in westbengal.?♥️♥️♥️.

Established in 1817, it is probably the oldest institution in India to have no religious connection. The institution was elevated to university status in 2010 after functioning as a top constituent college of the University of Calcutta for about 193 years. The University had its bicentenary celebrations in 2017.
Presidency University has many notable alumni. They include at least four heads of states, five Chief Ministers of West Bengal, four Chief Justices of India, one Governor of RBI, one Oscar winner, multiple Padma awardees, at least six Sahitya Akademi Awardes, Several national award winning Film Directors, at least 15 Shanti Swarup Bhatnagar laureates, one Breakthrough Prize winner, two Nobel laureates, one Kyoto Prize winner, multiple academics serving as professors in premier Universities of the world and several civil servants serving in senior capacities

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Presidency University, Kolkata, was formerly known as Hindu College. This prestigious College is located in College Street, Kolkata. This is also known as the oldest institution in India. The institute was established in 1817. The institution was elevated to university status in 2010 In its first cycle as a university. Presidency has been recognized as an "Institute of National Eminence" by the UGC. It appeared in the inaugural list of top 50 institutions of NIRF in 2016. However, NIRF rankings in 2017 and 2018 it was excluded. This university has given numerous eminent personalities to India.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of best places I still visited , my college , at the heart place of the city of joy . All the aristocracy of the old British Calcutta is merged in it . I am very grateful to the almighty for being a part of such institution . The education quality of this institution is really at another level . It's a home University now . Nothing more to say about it . Just it's very beautiful , love this place . Must visit it if possible .???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there for a quiz competition. It was an absolute pleasure to be invited to such an excellent University. There were big playgrounds and big halls. You can see the history in every corner of this place. The aesthetics are at it's finest. There are elevators accessible by professors as well students. such a great place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, I'm a student of this university. One of the best college/universities in west Bengal as well as India. Each and every corner is filled with glorious history. Auditorium and lecture theatre room are really very good. Have big playground, one basketball court, one volleyball court, badminton room, table tennis, carrom etc. Also have big central library and arts library. Culture and talent of students forwarded India and think the trend will be continuing. :)
