★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well to my horror the place was in a complete mess when I arrived 2 hours after the checkin time. There was no caretaker present at the property and once he arrived he said he will need another 1 hour to clean the place. The rooms were so dirty that i couldn't even stand there for 5 mins.. Made a video and took pictures of the property and left as soon as I can. The property apart from being unclean is at a very shady place which is not at all safe for an all girls get together. All that being said, when I asked the owner for my refund because I obviously didn't want to stay there, he denied saying that I reached the property at 12:30 and he got it cleaned by 1 ( where I can clearly let you know that we reached at 1:37 to be precise) he had the audacity to lie to my face and deny the refund. I had complain to airbnb(from where I booked the place) and finally got my refund after showing the timestamps of videos and photos and call logs and then they tried to ruin my guest rating on airbnb which clearly didn't happen because I had the proofs. They are liars, unprofessional and rude people with a property that is not even worth giving a try. Would never suggest anyone to visit unless you want to see dirty commodes, cigarette buds all over the place, bed mattresses on the floor and a lovely odour with cigarette and bathroom smell combined. I feel sorry for anyone who had to deal with these people and this property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The photos have been edited and are being shown as too bright. However, I feel like the place definitely resembles the same. But the location is shady, would not recommend a girls overnight staycation but good and ideal for a gathering with many people. They have like 3 floors with 3 flats each and its actually well maintained. The staff is cooperative and doesn’t really say anything. I booked it for a gathering of 15 people and it was good. No interference from anybody. It has power backup and I actually dint have to clean the mess we created but we did a little though. Attached are the pictures.
