Lived in P.M.C. 2008 to 2010 room no.202 [since 2 years]. This bad place to stay: 1. Lot of pollution 2. Huge rats. (yes, rats) 3. Too many mosquitoes 4. Disrespecting employees who work in apartment All in all this is not good place to set-up home. I wish when I live at this place again, it will become righteous. It will happen.

Stayed as a tenant, wonderful environment. Very sophisticated community of expats and bureaucrats. Occasional celeb sightings guaranteed. :P

To compare Prestige Monte Carlo with newer constructions like NCC MyGodows :P Phase I & II, would be a disservice. NCC is just a twin of any newly built high rise apartment in Bangalore whereas Monte Carlo's architecture is unique & construction quality is renowned. Monte Carlo was ahead of her times, and as of 2020 is still on par with apartments quarter her age. 1. Award winning landscaping-Present. She wins an award EVERY YEAR at the Lalbagh Horticultural Show for best landscaping. 2. 1 km tar road for walking, jogging, on a good acreage campus for 440 flats-Present. Calculate the density of use of such a facility in Monte Carlo vs on a similar campus for say 1200 flats. 3. Basement Parking- Present (cars are not parked outdoor exposed to elements or in stilt parking) 4. Two elevators per block -Present 5. 5 apartments per floor. Total 8 floors including Ground. 6. 24 hour water via borewell + Cauvery- Present. Nil dependence on tankers unlike Pourva No-WaterZia :P 7. 24 hour power backup-Present 8. 24 hour security with MyGate facility-Present 9. Dedicated housekeeping, electricians, plumbers. 10. Children's Play Area-Present 11. Swimming Pool-Present 12. Independent Club House-Present 13. Gym-Present 14. Badminton court-Present 15. Squash court-Present 16. Table tennis, snooker, card room-Present 17. Party Hall-Present 18. Supermarket with door delivery-Present 19. Dedicated milk, newspaper, flower, ironing vendors-Check Even the present constructions, be it GardenBayyzz :P or RoyalGardnzz :PP are of no match to Monte Carlo (inferior construction quality, reduced or absent landscaping and foliage, absence of basement parking).

Best place in Yelahanka to live Edit: It has turned into a big noisy hell. As the society turns old, almost every other flat is being renovated and thus a constant sound of drill (and the tile cutter shrill) will make you feel leave the place to get back some peace.

Beautiful apartments! Well maintained and all vehicles travel underground so allows all residents, kids and pets to travel freely around the complex. Has a supermarket, club house, play area etc as well!

Best architecture & construction quality among apartments in Yelahanka. Stunning architecture with quaint domes and gazebos everywhere, absent in the assembly line type of high rise apartments. The building walls are rock solid like a fortress. Top grade construction done by Prestige at the time, no issues with seepage or cracks. Buy Prestige always. Photos are from Facebook.

This is certainly one of the best residential options for North Bengaluru, Yelahanka area! It is apparently one of the older Prestige properties and is still entirely managed and maintained by the group. But definitely one of the most well-maintained gated community that I've seen. This place has a homely charm about it, may not feel very swanky, but has all the basic necessary amenities that one would expect from a well managed gated society. Best part is the discipline which does not allow cars or any motorized vehicles on the ground level, but only limited to the basement (as in a mall parking) which offers safe and quiet ground level area for everyone to walk, cycle, play etc. Of course emergencies and few necessities excepted. The power management is a bit of trouble here, since Yelahanka does not seem to have good power supply in general, although this happens mostly during only daytime. In conclusion, a great place to if the location suits you.
