I just got back the induction from this service center, it's again showing the same problem.
Waste of time.. (Go give, again go back take... Repeat)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service center across any product that I have brought in my entire life. The electric kettle that I brought stopped working after a month and this wonderful service center took 2 months to fix it. The biggest surprise is that the spare had to come from Electronics City in Bengaluru to Jayanagar in Bengaluru and they would make me come around and get told no, not yet ready to my face. Their support number is equally as bad. Honest advice do not buy in the Prestige TTK showroom in Jayanagar and avoid the issue of having to even have a chance of going to this atrocious service center.
Oh the cherry on the cake is that they do not believe in masking up in the current climate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless fellows with Nil knowledge on how to fix issues. If you want to make multiple visits and have patience for not answering your calls, and to further screw up your appliances, then consider this place. They are worthless and hopeless service team.

I don't suggest prestige products and if u are near to this service centre better avoid taking those products because again u have to depend on this nonsence service people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very good experience in availing warranty for my item. My Prestige Electric Kettle had stopped working. The item had still 5 months of warranty period left. Went to this service center. They took the item and took 2 days to fix it. They asked me to bring the bill of the item.
Downloaded the invoice of the item in pdf format from the Flipkart app as it was purchased online and took a print of it.
I submitted the bill to the service center and they took a photo of it and uploaded to prestige company and availed warranty for the complete servicing.
Indeed a hassle free process if you have a print out of the purchase of the original product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My rating is 4 , I haven’t visited this place to check on the infrastructure ,however I have experienced twice for Prestige gas stove repair. The Technician’s who attended the service were well mannered and they exhibited their ID card on demand as we have to ascertain their identity. They adhered to Covid protocol and finally gave me the bill and in tern gave the OTP for closure of the job card
Overall they exhibited good professional work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am rating 3 stars as my appliance was fixed under warranty. However it took 2 weeks and 3 visits. Shabbily maintained place. No place for customers to wait or sit. No work order number or receipt given. They take your phone number, write it on a sticker and stick it to your appliance saying they will call you back. No acknowledgment given. Once it is fixed they give you a call and make you wait for 20 minutes to register the work order and generate a bill. They don't have a receptionist and no one answers the phone.
