β β β β β Staff is excellent. I purchased a mixer online but it is not really that good... It had a minor problem on day1, At this show room staff serviced our new mixer almost at the end of their day, by extending their opening hours by some minutes... That made a lot of difference to us , as back home we needed the mixer for dinner preparation :-)

β β β β β This place is a scam please check the prices in store VS online platforms there is huge difference and the actual bill you receive from prestige company has difference in the bill amount. When we reported this got a vague response from the establishment. Stay Away.

β β β β β A place where we get all the "ΰ²ΰ³ΰ²ΰ²°ΰ²Ώ" unusable items, We had bitter experience twice here.
The items bought here wont last for more than a week, when we ask the shop keeper about this they say "It was in good condition when we sold you, once the item is sold don't turn back to us" I have never seen any shopkeeper being so rude.
The Prestige call center people are also not very helpful, they just keep saying "we are very sorry for the issue, we will escalate it" but nothing happens even after following up regarding the issue, after 2 to 3 follow up they just hang the call while we are still speaking.
We took a four burner gas stove and a mixi both had issues. Mixi motor was got damaged for the 3rd day of purchase and the gas stove was turning the vessels back from day1.
The products sold here are 3rd class product, they sell the product which wont last for a week also.
Be careful while buying items from this fraud place.
