Prestige do give home repair and service facilities, if under warranty else paid.
Bought my gas stove, and all utensils from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a great experience. Always everything at MRP Price. Even with exchange, you will get only 20% discount. You will get close to 35% discount in Amazon without any exchange. Quality of the glass top stove is also not so good, turning knob all bad just after 2 years of use. Better options are there than prestige.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prestige kitchen Hood home service is horrible what i can say from my experience.
OSCAR 600 purchased 26-Jan-2022 have a gesture control complaint and no service executive turned up to resolve it. Even after raising a complaint couple of times.
Executive update saying "customer door closure of premises and will be re attempting again in 24 to 48 hrs" all false updates and executive are not aware of their own software what to update and how to update.
Very poor experience!!!!
