★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have not seen such an irresponsible company ever. Or at least their employees. I spoke to Mr .Mutthu from Surya Home Appliances and he hung up telling he was with a customer and will call me back in 5 minutes. However, he didnt and after about an hour I had to call back. He picked up the landline, said hello once and then kept shut pretending theres no voice from his side, how stupid of him as I could hear all the background noise. He didnt lift the call for 2 times and the 3rd time, he lifted the receiver and started blowing into it. My gas stove is not working and I dont know how will I make my dinner today. This is how they serve you after salre. I have all that idiot's call recording. Trust me guys, never ever buy any surya product. I in my circle ll make sure no one fells in their trap.
