★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was really rude and unprofessional...that guy is very talkative and sarcastic...He kept on ignoring us whenever we reminded him that we are looking for something within a certain budget and wasted our time showing us expensive stuffs.
Although they have a good collection, I would not recommend buying from here...Other shops nearby also has good collections and friendly staffs. This place is best avoided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolerance level is the most important thing for the sales person..which is not found at all.. Zero tolerance level people should not be hired. Quality of the cloth is very pathetic and the cost is way too expensive. The salesperson literally said us to come tomorrow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Few collections are good. Price is also good. But staff behavior is very worse. They will become rude if you do not buy any item. There is no sitting arrangement if you are visiting with kids or elderly people. They accept card. Parking for 2 wheelers only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is absolutely rude. The way they speak with customers is very very insulting and unprofessional behaviour. Not once we had the same experience twice, I think there is no supervisor to control staff. They don't care doing business. If owner don't change staff he may end up with shutting shop soon. I advise owner to change staff though materials are good we don't even care if staff is bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just want to rate them below one. No trial rooms, no exchange if dress doesn't fit well. No chairs for kids to sit. Owner absolutely greedy and sarcastic. They don't show you Collection and first ask your budget. Sick shop and no wonder why the shop was empty during peak hours of Saturday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've shopped twice in this store. Salesperson is rude. No proper packaging for clothes either. I tried calling the number provided on bag and it is not existing. Also it's is pricey for average quality clothes. Please don't visit and waste your money.
