β β β β β I was a little sceptical about the whole customization process, like how can it be online but it was so smooth that it was amazing.
You have to upload the photo while ordering then a design will be prepared by Presto which is sent to us for approval through WhatsApp. After that it is sent for production and sent to us.
I have gifted it to my GF and she was overwhelmed by its beauty.
Presto is the best for personalized gift.

β β β β β I placed a same day delivery order on 7th, paid extra for expedited shipping and received the items late at night on 9th. After the event was over. Got absolutely no help or support from their contact number or mail, even after their commitment. Cheap services compared to FnP and others, hence the 2 stars. I vow never to approach them again.
Better I won't bring a gift, but I will not use the services of Presto again.
