★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its one of the best apartment complex in north kolkata .and most affordable by far. The complex boosts of gym club swimming pool small park covered parking 24/7 security small retail space. The floor area is on the lower side but 2bhk offers sufficient space for a nuclear family.the flats are in 2 & 3 bhk configuration. Overall great complex and offers a great family environment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't ever go for a rented flat in Srijan. People here are very arrogant and bad attitude for no reason. Flats and security are good. But they are greedy people. They will charge for everything. For people coming as tenants, they will ask money for everything...no gym and nothing accessible without monthly fee and even after paying huge security deposit and monthly rental for gymming and all when you go there they will mis treat you accuse you for random things. People over there are really mean they don't know how to behave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and well organized residential area/block. All modern amenities are available and the people are very friendly... Enjoyed the view of arriving aeroplane as they slowly go down towards runway of the airport, very near to here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ good place for residents, clean campus with all facilities. good parking area, open area, playground, peaceful and with 24/7 security with guard and CCTV. Nearest bus stop is just 200m away all necessary shops are nearby. Only drawback is maintenance is not proper and worthless rules and regulation which sometimes even adversely effects its residents. but still it is good place to live.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is good with access to a swimming pool, a gym , children park and many others. infrastructure wise a nice place but a people are quite toxic type. Judge others whether they are owner or rent people and many more. So if you want to enjoy occasionally then it's a perfect place
