★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's located just before Doltala bus stand. In terms of construction, it's good enough for living. Terrace is large enough for amazing views. The apartment area is also big. One can comfortably do jogging either in the terrace or inside the apartment area. A temple is present. Public transport is easily available. Airport is just about 2/3 kms away. However, there is no proper grocery store available and no medicine shop. One needs to visit Doltala area. Security is available.
Price is fairly Reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice project near of BT college , airport... surrounding open spaces.. amenities and structure of building is good.. specially the connectivity of this project is suuperb because this project is situated on main road .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looking the Position i had a visit to that place but i saw very good claim and quite environment apartment. but other thing has a big question .A Very few security staff. rooms are very small. Community hall and gym on the top floor . A small water space (pond) in the middle . i think it will create a recurring expenditure for maintenance like Pest control .
Uncover children play zone with no artificial grass on the top floor. This is a very high risk for child.Multiple row dependent parking space.

2. Well maintained building...still some construction is going on.
3. Building materials are good.
4. 24 hours water and electric facilities.
5. Nice view of airport .
But
1. Some issues in car parking.
2. Number of securities should increase

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a good society and culture is also quite friendly. It is very near to the BT College Bus Stand and just on the main road. Inside there is a nice pond with a fountain. The flat price is more reasonable compared to other societies of this area. There are three blocks. I have not dealt with the developer and just was a visitor. The entry is not so good and one canal passes beside it.
