BATRA is not ready to listen any kind of feedback and according to him everything is perfect at the center i.e. - the staffs and the reviews they are getting all are perfect and there is no need of any kind of improvement. But, they are not able to provide the second dose for 45+ (age) but the SRINIVASAN (employee) family (5-6 members) got vaccinated on 9th May, 21 @11:30 am and the question is what's the age of those 5-6 members??
Staffs are not following any slots and giving false promises to the patients, being 45+ you have to go there by 8 am and collect the coupon and then go there after 11:00 am. This is the case of harassment and exploitation. Centers like this is misusing their power and shame for the government as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The second dose for 45 plus year olds was very well organized. Don't have enough words to praise the staff who are braving risks to vaccinate people like me. They were able to look up details on their phone app and issue tokens. At the appointed time, our vaccination was over within 10 minutes and there were no crowds. My praise to BBMP and the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience, went for 2nd dosage , Booked slot on 17th for covaxin, My vaccation slot fixed on next day 18th Dec 2021, booked via cowin.gov.in portal, Though i went on morning and afternoon in sameday, twice went is no use they told covaxin is not available. when i checked from the cowin portal its vaxines are avaialble. Seems to be they are selling vaxines to third party private hospital.because covaxin cost around 1200-1400 iNR.
Govt and higher official managment should take care on this hosipital

No money paid what so ever.
They undertake both test Antigen and RTPCR.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good experience with covid vaccination. They all do RT-PCR tests. Polite staff. They can speak in Kannada, Hindi and English.
Just to mention when I visited for vaccination, the dose was given in a building opposite to this place nearby Chaitanya college. For sure very good place for free vaccine and RT-PCR test.

I went here for covid-19 vaccination, I booked via COWIN website, the maximum waiting time was 10 min including registration and vaccination.
The process was smooth with no long que. friendly staff, well Maintained hospital, receptionist was so polite and extremely patient.
