★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet monthly Bill payment very fast and easy.However constant speed fluctuation and internet disconnection issues atleast twice a week.I subscribe this isp on june 2020, i pay the internet bill on 1st or 2nd every month since.Everytime it rains no internet.I work from home due to covid19, so if internet keep getting disconnected no away to work,your boss will ask you to logout for the day which mean you do not get paid just because of your isp.I will not recommend this isp for people who work from home especially for BPO employees.
Latest issue:august 27th 9:35 pm internet got disconnected while talking to my american clients ,told by isp that they will fix it in few minutes(very good weather,no rain,no hurricane).now its close to 11pm still not fix.Eventually my boss ask me to logout which mean i do not get paid for the day.I hate writing negetive reviews about any company.However i do not want other people to face the same issues like i did.In less then 3 months i have lost atleast 7 days salary because of the internet.
Positive sides: Easy bill payment and internet plans at very reasonable price.Please fix your frequent internet fluctuation and disconnection,trust me you will get thousands of more on time paying customers
