★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional. They take customer for granted. No respect for customer. Also heard that there employees are choosy about whose house they will go to and not go to. Strange behaviour. Will not renew my subscription. And as mentioned, I did not renew my subscription.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team is full of unprofessional people, they have no quality or justified speed. The internet keeps facing issues for hours and would just go off at midnight, with no support available you'd have to wait for the next working day. They do take their rest and comfort very seriously so please don't disturb them for the awful service because thats always secondary.

If it goes down in the evening, it will be fixed only on the next day that too you can't say when. Pathetic maintenance. Stay away from this service.
