★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. When I started using it the speed was really good. But I've been getting no more than 20 to 40 MBPS for the last 8 months though I opted for 100 MBPS. When I lodged a complaint, they didn't do anything about it and then a lady from their sales team reached out to me to upgrade my plan to 200 MBPS. When I told her I'm facing speed issues and that I'm not interested. she told me that she's aware of it and that I raised a ticket.
Seriously, I haven't seen any service provider that's so pathetic. My local service provider was much better than them and they charge lesser too.
