A school sandwiched in a busy neighbourhood.
The school is sandwiched between buildings with little open space around it. Hence it was imperative that the school be given a visual identity that distinguishes it from the buildings in its vicinity. The school building is wrapped in a customised meta-mesh. The red signage and pavilion call out to us from far, while metal mesh softens the otherwise overwhelming white paint that runs throughout the large exterior form. The exposed concrete finishing on its façade maintains a neutral colour tone. The white exterior paint all over the façade is Asian Paints Apex, a weatherproof emulsion that can withstand the extreme weather of Delhi.
