★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's book mall but staff behavior is poor. They have no.of customer without management. No responsible person is there if u get wrong books to return them u have to struggle for that. they takes to much time to provide ur stuff. Most of the time u have to wait.there rate are also higher.
I went there but staff behavior was very poor to me I bought all my kids syllabus from rajesh books store at 10 no. They gave me discount and complimentry pencils box worth rs 50. And it took 10 min. To got my stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not bad overall good once you give books list they're taking 1/2 an our then they'll give you payment slip they are not maintaing covid protocol be careful to much crowed of people in side the store now if you need NCERT books better to check on line

I reduced 1 star for unavailability of full course of books same problem I faced last year and no discount provided by them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The whole place has been renovated by them and one can hardly recognise that it's the same stationary where people used to wait for hours in queue, on the road, in order to get their desired notebooks as they have tied up with almost every school in Bhopal for providing curriculum books. The place has become sort of a mini shopping mall now with various floors dedicated to specific needs related to school. The management is nice. Whole place has centralized air conditioning. No doubt they have upped the scales quite high for any stationary in Bhopal to even match their level.

I have visited there after taking information about whole book set and they misinformed about the same.
However purchased uniform from this shop.
