I wanted to purchase a second hand copy of Practical English Usage by Michael Swan (2005 edition) the owner told me that the price will be 410 rupees when I offered 400 rupees the owner told me very rudely that you do not know the importance of this book and there is no need to bargain because the price is fixed.
