★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They got a good collection of Polk Audio speakers.. in fact they are the only Polk dealers I found in Kolkata.. other speaker brands they deal in are KEF and Cabase.. Yamaha and Denon receivers are available.. the sales people are knowledgeable and properly trained.. very helpful too..

I had customised a system in reasonable price range and am quite happy with that. Executive named pinaki da is very knowledgeable and helpful in solving queries and customising your needs..

No unnecessary pushing for sales, they are very honest and generous avout the value for money issues. They will provide and tailor the products as per your specific need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a pair of outdoor speakers (Polk Atrium 4) and a pro TOA amp earlier this year. Required additional sound in other areas of the same home. Went here because of the ratings and reviews. Unfortunately, this place has proven to be extremely unreliable. Highly unprofessional customer service. Pinaki and his team never ever respond to calls, messages inspite of repeated attempts over several days. Had to physically visit their store to get them to do a site visit and installation, which they also never stuck to their own timelines. Ultimately, after waiting for 4 weeks, the audio solution was provided and was working satisfactorily, but their lack of urgency or fulfilling commitments is disappointing. Pinaki in particular is extremely rude and clearly doesnt care for business or customers approaching them with genuine inquires. Called them 5 times and left messages and yet to receive a simple call back. ProDuds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent business strategy. They have set up a cinema hall like room with projector and soundproof atmosphere to give the cinematic experience. This helped me to feel the actual sound quality. The professionals gave the demo of polk and denon soundbar. Polk mini is good but I choose Polk command bar with Alexa set up. Bass is excellent and sound is very powerful.
